Abstract:

Blended learning, which combines online and face-to-face instruction, offers a powerful way to address the diverse needs of less-abled and mixed-ability students. This session focuses on the pedagogical use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create inclusive and differentiated learning environments that empower all learners, regardless of ability level. With AI-driven tools, teachers can personalize learning experiences, provide real-time feedback, and support students in overcoming specific challenges, such as learning disabilities, language barriers, or gaps in foundational knowledge.

Participants will gain practical insights into how AI can be used to design adaptive lesson plans, foster engagement, and promote equity in the classroom. Strategies include using AI-powered platforms like Mizou for lesson planning, MagicSchool for personalized practice, Twee for language support, and ChatGPT for interactive learning experiences. Through real-world examples and hands-on guidance, teachers will learn how to effectively integrate AI into their blended learning practices, ensuring all students receive the support they need to thrive.

Whether new to AI or looking to refine your approach, this presentation will equip you with actionable strategies and resources to make blended learning more inclusive, engaging, and impactful for your students. Join us to discover how AI can revolutionize your teaching and unlock the potential of every learner in your classroom.
